Xero has a specific insolvency process. For insolvency access and transfer requests, Xero need the appointed Insolvency Practitioner to sign an insolvency access form.
Upon completion of the form, it is to be sent to [email protected]. Xero will then review the request and have a specialist contact them with further details as soon as possible.
