Nicky Fisher, R3 Past President 2024-25 and Partner, Herron Fisher

In her year as R3’s President (April 2023-April 2024), Nicky Fisher led the delivery of our first, highly successful, Europe-based Annual Conference in five years and represented R3 at events and conferences in the UK, Europe and Asia. She served as the profession’s spokesperson on a range of policy issues that included the proposed changes to IP regulation and the personal insolvency framework. She also led R3’s campaign against the introduction of an insolvency compensation scheme and promoted the introduction of a fixed fee for liquidators in CVLs where creditors declined to engage.

Nicky became R3’s President after serving for many years on our Recovery Magazine Editorial Board and R3 Council.
