Official Receiver Services launch a retender of the Special Manager Panel to support the OR on complex casework (22 October 2024)
The special manager panel is set up to provide the official receiver with a panel of firms with deep insolvency expertise who can be appointed as special managers under s177 of the Insolvency Act in highly complex or resource intensive compulsory liquidations. The Official Receiver is seeking applications from firms who can offer market-leading insolvency expertise and services to support him in the most complex and challenging compulsory liquidations at short notice.
Please note the closing date for applications is 31 October 2024.
