Recently, a member of R3 contacted the technical team and advised that they had been requesting the following information in writing from HMRC, Debt Management – EIS NCL on appointment -
“PAYE, Job Retention Scheme
Please provide the following information to assist with the above matters:
1. Annual P35 for 2020/21 onwards
2. Annual P11D for 2020/21 onwards
3. All CJRS furlough applications, payment information and associated documents”
Despite the request being made following appointment, no information was being received by the member. The team raised this matter with HMRC, who advised that the request should be directed to other parts of HMRC. Please see below –
(1) Written requests for the above mentioned items should be directed to –
- PT Operations North East England, HM Revenue and Customs, BX9 1BX
(2) HMRC further advised that any requests for Corporation Tax should be directed to -
- HM Revenue and Customs, Corporation Tax Services, BX9 1AX
