We are delighted to announce the R3 Southern Forum 2024, will be held at the Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase.

Once more bringing together insolvency, restructuring, and turnaround professionals from the Southern & Thames Valley, South West & Wales, and London & South East regions.

This year we have a programme focused on the theme of the forum ‘The future of the profession’, which is not to be missed. We are also pleased to announce the return of the excellent keynote speaker Jeremy Mindell.

Gala dinner

Included with the Southern Forum ticket, the gala dinner will be hosted on Thursday 21 March. The evening will start with a welcome drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner.

Dress comfortably for dinner with a smart casual look.

Accommodation

This will be available for delegates on Thursday 21 March. We encourage all those registering and requiring accommodation to book as soon as possible as spaces are limited.

Pricing

Understanding and shaping the future of our profession will be critical whatever stage you are at in your career. To extend the benefit of participating in the forum to a broad spectrum of colleagues across your firms we have a number of offers you can select from:

- A preferential new professional member rate

- An early bird member rate for all other members categories (until 29 February)

- A group ticket rate allowing three people to attend for the price of two.

- A membership and ticket offer for anyone who is currently a non-member but would qualify for the new professional membership

Charity

This year, we will be raising money for Sue Ryder, a chairty making sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with Sue Ryder's support, no one has to face dying or grief alone.

Engaging with distressed supply chains to maintain continuity, preserve value and achieve successful restructurings – some case studies and key learning points.

Global supply chain challenges for goods, services and people have increased the risk of financial and operational distress that creates material risk for suppliers and customers. Effective contingency planning, the management of supply chains and the engagement with stakeholders can mitigate risk and ensure continuity of supply which is vital to ensure that costs, revenue and reputations are controlled.
