Tim Sloggett - Managing Director, Quantuma

Tim has over 20 years’ experience advising a range of businesses and their stakeholders where they are underperforming or facing a crisis, from local owner-managed businesses to large international corporates. He supports management teams to develop and deliver turnaround strategies, operational restructuring, engage with lenders and other stakeholders to gain additional funding or restructure debts, and deliver accelerated distressed business sales.

Most of his career has been within the Big Four, as well as five years standing in the shoes of a lender at Barclays Bank in its business support team working with its customers to deliver turnarounds.
