Trading in Administration is one of the most demanding and high-stakes challenges an insolvency professional can face - and getting it right demands both technical rigour and real-world experience. That is why R3 has brought together two experienced practitioners – Max Krasner, Partner at Linklaters, and Neil Speight, Director at Interpath – for a focused, practical one-day course dedicated entirely to this critical subject.
Orvedi is an Associate Solicitor at Morgan Phelps Solicitors and member of the R3 Midlands regional committee where he represents the region nationally, advocating for the value of the insolvency profession. He qualified in September 2025 and is a New Professional member.
During March, the Policy and Public Affairs team maintained a high level of activity, engaging across R3’s policy groups, key government consultations and a range of external events.
A lot of people are feeling overwhelmed by money worries right now and it’s not unusual for R3 members to be approached for debt advice. While not all members provide personal insolvency advice, it can be helpful to point people in the right direction for help with financial problems.
