Wellbeing: Looking after your colleagues in stressful case situations The job of an Insolvency Practitioner involves dealing with individuals in sometimes desperate situations. People deal with stress in different ways but it is important to remember that your own staff need looking after when dealing with stressful situations. Whether it is a disgruntled workforce, an angry creditor or individuals faced with losing their way of life we need to be able to spot when out staff are not coping and signpost them to where they can talk or seek help. It is a not a weakness for staff to say that they need help. Equally it is strong leadership to spot where help is needed or would be appreciated.
