Caroline Waran,
Mental Health Consultant, 3 Eggs Training

Caroline has worked within the mental health field for over 15 years in academic, clinical, management and training roles, working with a wide range of clients and organisations. She has an MSc in Clinical Forensic Psychology and a Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care. Caroline spent 6 years managing services and has extensive experience in managing staff, and delivering training to staff teams.

Caroline is an engaging and knowledgeable trainer, and has worked with a variety of organisations including the Anna Freud Centre and Mind. She is also an experienced group facilitator and Psychology Coach and is currently completing her training as a Counsellor. Caroline is a passionate mental health advocate, who has an in-depth understanding of current theories and approaches in mental health and is committed to raising awareness and understanding of mental health and well-being.
