Information Commissioner's Office - May 2018
R3 liaison with the Information Commissioners Office on members' GDPR queries. R3 has recently written to the Information Commissioners Office to raise a number of concerns with regards to compliance with GDPR which have been collated predominantly from our members' feedback from the various briefings and events that R3 has held on this topic. These queries particularly relate to aspects of GDPR where compliance appears to conflict with the requirements of the Insolvency Act 1986. View
