New Professionals Forum

LIVE WEEK-LONG FORUM - The New Professionals Steering Committee are excited to announce a new weeklong event, hosting a number of technical and personal development sessions, tailored for those who are new to the profession.

Online bookings are now closed, if you would like to attend, please email our team on training@r3.org.uk.

Outline:

As the future of the insolvency and restructuring profession, R3 New Professionals offer a unique perspective on challenges faced by the profession. To better represent these views, R3 has established the New Professionals Steering Committee to bring together new professional voices from across the R3 regional network to plan and coordinate activities designed to support the learning and development of those new to the profession.

The New Professionals Steering Committee are excited to announce their first major project; a four day virtual event that will bring together world-class speakers to tackle the hot-topics affecting the profession as well as hosting personal-development sessions for those interested in refining their soft-skills.

The Forum, sponsored by Gordon Brothers, will also offer delegates the chance to pose questions directly to the New Professionals Steering Committee, share familiar stories, and learn about what is coming up later in the year.

Whether you represent a small business or are part of a large firm, the ability to raise your profile and get your voice heard is crucial. Although the world is starting to open up, remote and hybrid communication are likely to be the norm for the foreseeable future and so it’s important for people to know how to demonstrate their expertise in a compelling way, both on and offline. In this session, TEDx speaker Antoinette Dale Henderson will explore why gravitas is such a crucial quality for restructuring and insolvency professionals and provide practical guidance on how to build your network and maximise your impact, whatever the setting.
