Our first free taster session will showcase R3s new Introduction to Insolvency virtual classroom course. Our virtual classroom courses offer a live, interactive and engaging experience that includes breakout sessions, case studies and quizzes. During the taster session, you will hear an overview of the content of the Introduction to Insolvency classroom course and have a chance to speak with our experts in a Q&A session.
The Introduction to Insolvency virtual classrooms provide training on specialist insolvency skills, designed to kick start your career as an Insolvency professional. To complement the Introduction to Insolvency certification, these sessions teach practical skills required for new professionals. Led by a variety of expert speakers, each session will be delivered via our dynamic virtual classroom software.
Tuesday 19th January: Insolvency Bootcamp Series
This session will introduce our new Bootcamp series that is perfect for intermediate-level professionals with up to five years of experience in restructuring or insolvency. The Bootcamp series develops an understanding of topical and timely subjects over 6-8 weeks. The series is delivered in weekly one-hour sessions, each containing a live 30-minute presentation, 20-minute case review and 10-minute discussion with the presenter. Delegates are provided with reading lists to guide self-directed study to enhance the learning experience. The series includes best practice theory, case studies and examples for each topic, to train delegates in applying practical skills to real-life scenarios. Wednesday 20th January: Ethics Compliance Training
Our Wednesday taster session will explore our ethics compliance training course, aimed at supporting professionals and organisations in complying with ethical requirements. Ethics is more than just knowing the rules, it is about understanding the implications of and identifying ethical dilemmas. With the introduction of the revised Ethical Code earlier this year it has never been more important to ensure that you, and all of your staff, are fully aware of the requirements of the Code. This taster session will give an insight into what to expect from the course and have the chance to ask questions in a Q&A session with one of our experts.

Friday 22nd January: Wellbeing for Remote Workers
R3 understands the pressure that Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals are facing right now. Increased isolation and increased workloads alongside the ongoing financial uncertainty from the pandemic are impacting work-life balance, levels of work-stress and putting professionals at risk of burnout and mental health problems.
In collaboration with Elemental Wellbeing we will be providing an interactive and supportive session which will focus on helping you understand more about optimising your own wellbeing and how you can meaningfully embed wellbeing objectives into your personal and professional development plan for the year ahead. We will also cover how you can support your colleagues and clients by using empathic communication skills and role-modelling resilience.
