Our Wednesday taster session will explore our ethics compliance training course, aimed at supporting professionals and organisations in complying with ethical requirements. Ethics is more than just knowing the rules, it is about understanding the implications of and identifying ethical dilemmas. With the introduction of the revised Ethical Code earlier this year it has never been more important to ensure that you, and all of your staff, are fully aware of the requirements of the Code.  This taster session will give an insight into what to expect from the course and have the chance to ask questions in a Q&A session with one of our experts.

Friday 22nd January: Wellbeing for Remote Workers

R3 understands the pressure that Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals are facing right now. Increased isolation and increased workloads alongside the ongoing financial uncertainty from the pandemic are impacting work-life balance, levels of work-stress and putting professionals at risk of burnout and mental health problems.

In collaboration with Elemental Wellbeing we will be providing an interactive and supportive session which will focus on helping you understand more about optimising your own wellbeing and how you can meaningfully embed wellbeing objectives into your personal and professional development plan for the year ahead. We will also cover how you can support your colleagues and clients by using empathic communication skills and role-modelling resilience.
