What have you missed? Well inflation is starting to fall, but interest rates continue to increase and this appears to be causing further distress in the economy, as demonstrated by the Wilko administration.
This gives a further opportunity for our industry to demonstrate its value in controlling and mitigating the current damage that we are in seeing in the economy.
The theme of this edition is therefore damage control and our role in it. Mike Pink at Interpath demonstrates this role in his article on his preparation for a proposed insolvency process of Silicon Valley Bank UK.
