Andrew has over 30 years of experience in high-level restructuring and turnaround roles. His focus is on preserving and increasing enterprise value on behalf of clients in a variety of innovative ways, utilising his extensive experience in previous roles as advisor, chairman, investor and lender. Over the years, Andrew has acted for many household-name businesses, including House of Fraser, Jessops, Habitat, Woolworths and HMV. He has a particular interest in saving and improving stressed businesses before they hit the point of “no return”. Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant and non-appointment-taking Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

Charmaine Doyle

Senior Manager Evelyn Partners

Charmaine has over ten years of experience in corporate restructuring, advisory and formal insolvency appointments across a wide range of sectors, including mining, logistics, retail, travel and education. She has traded businesses in administration and receivership, dealt with complex lending structures including block lending arrangements, effected voluntary arrangements, and successfully refinanced businesses to secure ongoing trade. Charmaine is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Certificate in Insolvency and recently completed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board qualification. She was recognised as the NextGen Professional of the Year at the 2024 TMA UK Annual Conference as well as being a finalist for Woman of the Year at the 2024 TRI Awards.
