The R3 Awards celebrate individual excellence from R3 members across the UK. They recognise contributions to the restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession overall, and to the work of R3.
R3 President’s Award
Honours members who have made significant contributions to advancing R3 and/or the restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession and setting new standards of excellence.

R3 Vice-President's Young Professionals Award
Recognises young professionals driving the future of the restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession.
For R3 members under the age of 40 at the time of nomination.
The winner of each award will also receive an invitation for themselves and a guest to attend the R3 Business Lunch on 3 October 2025 for the prizegiving.
Make a nomination
Members may nominate themselves or another R3 member for an award by completing a nomination form detailing why the member should be considered for the award.
Nominations close on 24 August 2025.
