Mark is a director with approximately 15 years’ experience across a broad range of the restructuring and insolvency spectrum. Mark has a particular focus on accelerated M&A processes, formal insolvency and helping businesses simplify their corporate structures. Mark is a qualified accountant and UK qualified insolvency practitioner. He has over 14 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency and has advised clients across a number of different sectors in both distressed and non-distressed environments. Prior to joining Cork Gully, Mark gained experience working at big-four and boutique firms, both in the UK and offshore.
