SIP 16 outlines the required disclosures that an administrator must make to creditors of the details of any pre-pack agreement and sale. In this pre-recorded 1 hour webinar, Gareth Limb from Compliance On Call will draw on his wealth of experience of working with IPs to review the statutory duties and obligations of the administrator when it comes to pre-packs. He will give a refresher on the requirements of SIP 16, particularly the timing and content of disclosure to creditors, and discuss the principles of marketing, with some practical suggestions on how to comply with the SIP. Gareth will also talk through some do's and don'ts when it comes to submissions to the Pre-pack pool and will consider what the future holds for pre-packs.
