Jen Harrison, Director, Kroll

Jen is a Director in the Restructuring Advisory practice, based in London.  Jen leverages more than 14 years of experience working in corporate restructuring and contentious insolvency delivering enhanced realisations to formal insolvency cases through third party claims and recovery action.

Jen specializes in managing insolvent situations requiring complex investigations into suspected fraud or misconduct, leading to litigation against third parties for the benefit of the estate. She also manages a portfolio of contentious cases, which contain an element of suspected fraud, misappropriation of assets, misfeasance or antecedent transactions. Jen also consults on cases to provide an efficient approach to investigations and third-party recoveries, including guiding the in-situ case team, creating claims strategy and managing the litigation process on a variety of size and types of cases.

Prior to joining Kroll, Jen spent 10 years working at RSM, initially in their Core Restructuring team, dealing with liquidations and trading administrations, and latterly in their Special Investigations team.
