Lucy Winterborne, Partner - Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy, Ernst & Young LLP 

Lucy leads EY's Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy team for the South West and South Wales region and has significant experience of working with mid-market businesses facing varying challenges from early stage cash constraints through to formal insolvency. Her work frequently involves advising a Board on its turnaround or growth strategy, facilitating a business in gaining access to the funding it needs and liaising with and advising funders.

During her career, she has spent time on working within the business support teams of Barclays Bank PLC and HSBC Bank Plc, giving her an invaluable insight into the internal workings of banks and in particular, their dealings with distressed businesses.

Lucy is a licensed insolvency practitioner and a committee member of the South West & Wales region of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
