Alistair Rolland - Managing Director, BDO

Ally Rolland is a Managing Director in BDO’s Business Restructuring team and is based in the central belt of Scotland. Ally has broad restructuring experience, however, he has a particular focus on corporate and creditor advisory. His role principally involves leading restructuring advisory projects (such as IBRs, short term cash reviews, options analysis, contingency planning) and helping clients to navigate through periods of uncertainty, stress or distress – typically in accelerated timescales and rapidly evolving scenarios.

Ally’s clients operate across a range of sectors and include UK-based SMEs, large multinationals and Banks/funders. He has worked on various high-profile and complex advisory/insolvency projects over the years.

On a personal note, Ally is married to Orla and he has two sons – Conor and Lewis – who keep him on his toes outside of work!
