Andrew Fay - Associate, BCLP

Andrew is an Associate in BCLP’s Restructuring & Insolvency team in London whose practice focusses primarily on distressed and insolvent transactions, financial restructurings, distressed lending and insolvencies. Andrew regularly advises creditors, debtors, funds, officeholders and boards of directors, many of which are major financial institutions, corporate advisory firms and large public companies. Andrew has experience in acting in both contentious and non-contentious matters including administrations, receiverships, liquidations and complex transactions. Andrew has a particular interest in sports financing and restructuring, having recently acted on a number of high-profile transactions in the sector.
