Mark is the managing partner of the Isle of Man office and is head of Appleby’s Isle of Man Dispute Resolution team.  Mark’s expertise spans the contentious and non-contentious areas, both onshore and offshore with a focus on commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring.  Mark began his career in England and has also worked in the Cayman Islands. Mark has been named as “Leader in his Field” by Chambers UK from 2015 onwards and also as a “Leading Individual” in Legal 500 UK from 2015 onwards.
