David Hinrichsen - Partner, FRP Advisory

David is a licensed insolvency practitioner in FRP's Restructuring Advisory team, based in their London office. He has extensive experience in contentious insolvency and specialises on insolvency matters involving investigations, litigation and asset recovery.

David, a native German speaker, has worked across a wide variety of subjects and industries, ranging from specialist insolvency law claims to general commercial matters, which emanate from all types of corporate and personal insolvency matters.

David often works closely with FRP's forensic accounting and technology teams on litigation and enforcement strategy to deliver effective disputes and investigations offering to clients and creditors. Previous cases have included competition claims, audit negligence, breach of duty, antecedent transactions, asset dissipation and fraud and have resulted in successful recoveries for estates, often in nil-asset situations.
