Hayley Çapani is a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ London Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team and co-leads the firm’s insolvency litigation practice. Hayley is a member of Shoosmiths’ dedicated cross-discipline crypto team and advises various stakeholders on recovery of this asset, including assisting insolvency practitioners with identifying and recovering crypto assets within an insolvency estate, or advising investors on how to use insolvency as a means of recovery.
