Katrina Mather  - Barrister, Gatehouse Chambers

Katrina is a hugely talented junior barrister who specialises in all aspects of insolvency. She deals with contentious and non-contentious insolvency including antecedent transactions, misfeasance, disputed winders and bankruptcy. She is currently acting in a £20m offshore claim against directors for breach of duties and has advised in a significant number of the high street retail CVAs in recent years. She authors the CVA and Disqualification chapters for Atkins Court Forms and combines her expertise in property law to act in matters where there is a cross over between these two areas of her practice.
