Gary Hargreaves - Director, FRP Advisory Trading Limited

Gary joined FRP in 2017 as a Director of our Restructuring Advisory team, based at our offices in Preston.

He has significant experience of all property recovery processes, and has worked with many of the main clearing banks, buy-to-let lenders and private financiers.

Gary has a broad range of corporate experience, but specialises in healthcare turnaround management, with a specific focus on the adult social care sector. He has worked closely with lenders and care providers to develop a bespoke pre-lend review and independent business review framework that analyses business performance, and most critically, how well the finance and compliance elements of the business are aligned.

Gary also has extensive experience dealing with care home administrations and receiverships, and adds value using his turnaround management experience, detailed knowledge of the care sector, and ability to handle sensitive negotiations with the Care Quality Commission and local authorities.
