Fran Henshaw - Head of Corporate Recovery, Beever and Struthers, chair of R3 North West region

Fran is the Director and Head of the Corporate Recovery team at Beever and Struthers. Fran became a committee member of R3 Association of Business Recovery Professionals in 2014 and in late 2022, she was appointed as the Chair of the R3 North West region.

Fran has a wealth of experience, having advised distressed businesses, and deals with formal insolvency work. She specialises in all aspects of corporate recovery including providing workable solutions for financial reconstructions, refinancing, company voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy and more.

Fran qualified as an accountant with ACCA in 1995 and is currently a member of ICAEW. She is a licenced Insolvency Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience.
