Andre is currently Chief Information Officer at Johnston Carmichael. With a career spanning over 25 years in semi-conductors, consulting and LegalTech, he specialises in strategic IT leadership, engineering, operational management, and technical services delivery in professional services firms. Having used RPA for over 20 years, and with early exposure to AI over that same time as it moved from research to commodity, he has a deep-rooted experience and belief that we can employ this technology to deliver operational improvements and allow staff the opportunity to work on more impactful, and valuable, tasks.

Having collaborated with hundreds of firms across a wide array of industries, he's always happy to share insights on the future of technology, customer engagement strategies, and service delivery, and has a particular passion for creating transformative, human-focused  solutions. He firmly believes in harnessing the power of tech, especially RPA and AI, to ease operational pressures on our teams, augment productivity, and unveil new opportunities.
