Adeola Paterson
Team leader, Business Response Team, Scottish Enterprise

Adeola, a Chartered Accountant, has over 20 years’ experience working across corporate finance, project finance and economic development.  As team leader for the Business Response Team (BRT), SE’s dedicated resource for dealing with ‘companies-in-crisis’ situations, her current role is focussed on helping companies with a disproportionately high economic impact for Scotland when they are facing the risks of downsizing or closure.  Adeola and her specialist team take a proactive approach to identifying companies showing signs of stress or distress with the ultimate goal of steering those companies back to stability and onto further growth.  

To achieve BRT’s objectives, Adeola works extensively with a large number of stakeholders, including Scottish Government, management teams & Boards, lenders and professional advisors.
