Jim Morrison
Debt Management Enforcement and Insolvency Lead, HMRC

Jim joined Inland Revenue in 1981, relocating to local collection office network where he worked as an Insolvency Clerk in Glasgow Collection. 

When insolvency work was centralised in Newcastle Jim moved across a range of local collection offices in Scotland before returning to Insolvency work as the Debt Management lead for Enforcement and Insolvency Services, a role he continues with.

Currently Jim has leadership responsibility for Enforcement and Insolvency portfolio with responsibility for EIS activity in Debt Management. This functional responsibility encompassed all aspects of activities in the HMRC Debt Management journey and the different legal systems across the UK.
