Fidaa is a manager at RSM with 18 months of UK restructuring advisory experience that includes independent business reviews, debt restructurings, covenant assessments, business options analysis, M&A and solvency reviews. Before this, Fidaa had c.12 years’ experience in the Middle East at a private equity firm, office of the CEO at a bank, and a business consulting firm.

Fidaa holds an MSc degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA degree from HEC Paris.
