Amy Flavell - Partner, Pinsent Masons

Amy is a partner in the Birmingham office of Pinsent Masons. She specialises in advising banks, asset-based lenders, funds, insolvency practitioners, corporates and creditors on all aspects of solvent and insolvent restructuring.  She also has experience working in a number of different sectors including financials services, energy, retail and automotive. Most recently, Amy has acted for suppliers of last resort in connection with their assumption of customers from insolvent energy suppliers.
