Lance Ashworth KC - Serle Court Chambers

Lance Ashworth is King’s Counsel practising from Serle Court Chambers.  He has been in practice for 35 years, and has a commercial, chancery (mainly company) and insolvency practice, splitting his time more or less evenly between the 3 areas of work, appearing regularly at first instance and in appellate jurisdictions, in particular on company matters. He sat as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Chancery Division between 2016 and 2022 and has also been a Recorder since 2005.
