After a 30-year career leading high-performing teams in private, public and voluntary sectors, Astrid now operates her own management consultancy.  Specialising in team engagement and “top team” performance improvement, Astrid brings her professional coaching skills to a range of clients across the UK and from Italy to Eire, the US and Canada. 

Astrid worked in the property industry with a major global agency, heading its information and knowledge management services for its northern hemisphere offices.  She was actively involved in the firm’s R&I work and understands something of the pressures and culture that this work entails as a result.
