Kathryn has been a Pensions Lawyer at TPR for the past 8 years, prior to which she was in private practice, predominantly advising private equity and high yield lending clients. Whilst at TPR, Kathryn has worked on several high profile cases, including the Arcadia CVA and the Silentnight avoidance case, as well as clearance, funding, governance and automatic enrolment cases. For more than two years Kathryn worked on the changes to TPR’s powers in what became the Pension Schemes Act 2021, and has spent considerable time working on TPR’s recently-published policy approach on its new criminal powers in the avoidance space.
