Adam is the Head of Supervision (Events), which is the operational team responsible for reactive intervention with pension schemes in the Front Line Regulation directorate of TPR. The team responds quickly to events which pose increased risks to schemes which generally involve the employer covenant, particularly corporate transactions or corporate distress. Adam has been at TPR for 14 years working across all aspects of DB schemes, including scheme funding, governance, avoidance, regulatory clearance, transactions, corporate distress and restructuring.
