Antoniya Mercer - Senior Associate, TLT Solicitors

Antoniya Mercer is an Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency team in the Manchester office of TLT LLP. 

Antoniya has experience in both contentious and transactional insolvency and restructuring matters for insolvency practitioners, LPA receivers, corporates and litigation funders.  She assists in advising office holders on all aspects of their appointments, buyers and sellers in distressed and insolvent business and asset sales, stakeholders in respect of company voluntary arrangements, lenders on all aspects of security and enforcement strategy.  Antoniya also has considerable experience in court applications arising out of insolvency proceedings, some of which have resulted in reported decisions.
