David Brooks - Chief Investigator, The Insolvency Service

As a Chief Investigator with the Insolvency Service, David has spent almost 40 years with the Insolvency Service either investigating cases by himself or managing teams of investigators. For the last 20 years he has specialised in disqualification work managing teams across the south of England and at one time in Edinburgh for Scottish cases. David is very involved with staff training and development. He has experienced a large mix of cases, currently being reminded of the 15 year disqualification of the person who took over Rangers FC just over 9 years ago.
