Tom Berry - Senior Director, Kroll

Tom is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience providing commercial and strategic advice to stakeholders, predominantly in relation to financial distress, within the public and private sector.

Tom spent 10 years working in the restructuring team of a Big Four accountancy firm and later moved to UK Government Investments (UKGI) where he advised Government departments on a range of commercial issues.

Tom has extensive experience advising stakeholders on their strategic options, contingency planning, and leading business reviews. He also brings expertise in turnaround situations, having supported numerous management teams with recovery planning, cash forecasting and strategic reviews. His clients have included Government bodies, NHS hospital trusts, regulators, lenders, FTSE 100 businesses and private equity funds.
