Mark Shaw, Partner, BDO LLP

Mark has worked in restructuring, insolvency and related disciplines for 27 years, 20 of which have been as a partner. Mark’s assignments tend to have complex and high-value issues which require sensitive and diligent hands-on leadership. Mostof his assignments are cross-border in nature.  

He has particular sector experience in financial services and shipping matters. Mark has given expert evidence to various courts and tribunals relating to restructuring/insolvency matters. Mark is a chartered accountant and an insolvency practitioner in both the UK and the DIFC.  He holds the ICAEW’s Corporate Finance Qualification, and is a member of the International Insolvency Institute.
