David provides strategic leadership and management of the Practice Team within Professional Standards, ensuring that practitioners receive guidance, advice, and support where necessary.

He also provides advice, guidance and support to ICAS Insolvency Licence holders through specialist technical knowledge with the objective of influencing UK and Scottish insolvency policy, practice and legislation.

As the secretariat for the Members in Practice Advisory Board (MiPAB) and the Insolvency Committee, if there is anything that anyone in practice wishes to raise through these routes then please contact David.
