Hannah Fry

Hannah Fry is a barrister at 3 Hare Court and has a broad commercial and civil law practice. Hannah studied law at Queen Mary, University of London, obtaining a First-Class law degree in 2015 and a Distinction in her LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution in 2017. She regularly appears in the County Court, High Court and before Insolvency and Company Court Judges in a range of insolvency and bankruptcy matters and general commercial claims. Hannah has a particular interest in insolvency law and has recently written articles on how company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) fit with the current approach of “rescue culture” for companies facing financial difficulties due to coronavirus and remote hearings of winding-up and bankruptcy petitions under the Temporary Insolvency Practice Direction.
