What to Expect
The 19th annual R3 & INSOL Europe Conference on cross-border restructuring and insolvency returns to London on 3 July 2025 at No.11 Cavendish Square, close to Oxford Circus.
Co-hosted by R3 and INSOL Europe, this in-person one-day conference is aimed at restructuring and insolvency professionals with an interest in cross-border matters, including lawyers, insolvency practitioners, financial advisers, lenders, distressed asset investors, judges and academics.
The programme is designed to bring together practitioners from across both memberships and the wider market to share experiences and debate topical cross-border issues. Sessions will offer insights from leading practitioners and explore the latest developments and trends in this fast-moving area.

Topics include cross-class cramdown, valuation disputes and the treatment of out-of-the-money stakeholders.
