What to Expect
The R3 Eastern Forum 2023 will be hosted at Sprowston Manor Golf Club, around 3.5 miles from central Norwich. The forum will bring together professionals to discuss the challenges facing eastern businesses as they continue to navigate financial distress and wider economic change.
The day is designed to encourage discussion, debate and networking, with plenty of opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and make new contacts alongside a programme of topical sessions.
The forum ticket includes a gala dinner on Thursday 21 September, beginning with a welcome drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner. The evening is intended as a relaxed opportunity for delegates to meet and network, and the dress code is smart casual.
Accommodation is available for delegates on Thursday 21 September, and early booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
Delegates can also register for golf on Friday 22 September. A special rate is available for R3 New Professionals.

- 09:50R3 update — Caroline Sumner will provide an update on the work R3 has been doing for members.
- 10:20An update on official receiver services both nationally and locally — An update on the work of Official Receivers both nationally and locally, providing greater insight into current teams and anticipated future developments.
- 10:50Debt restructuring case study — Mike Davis will present an East of England case study showing how post-Covid debt restructuring can transform the strategic direction and fortunes of small and medium-sized enterprises.
