Mike began his banking career in the mid 1980’s with Nat West before moving to spend 17 years with Girobank where he was responsible for the Bank’s relationships with The Post Office, John Lewis Partnership, Shell UK and Greene King to name a few. He then made the move into structured lending, spending 15 years in the industry with GE Commercial Finance, ABN Amro and Shawbrook Bank working on a range of complex mid-market funding mandates, before joining Phil and Neil Primary Finance Group in March 2019. Mike is married with 3 daughters and lives in Ely.
