What to Expect
R3 is launching the 2023 Contentious Insolvency and Creditors Forum, taking place on 6 July in London.
This one-day conference will explore issues relevant to creditors and professionals working in contentious insolvency and asset recovery. It will also examine contentious aspects of restructuring, including issues arising from cross-border proceedings.
The forum is designed for practitioners with an interest in, or substantial practice focused on, contentious insolvency and restructuring. It aims to bring together practitioners, solicitors, barristers, institutional creditors, non-performing loan funds, e-discovery specialists, investigators and litigation funders to network and hear the latest developments in the profession.
