POLICY AND COMMITTEE EXECUTIVE

Responsible to:   R3 Policy and Committee Manager

Contract:   Permanent (after a three month probationary period)

Salary:  approx. £28,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits

Summary:

This position, with the UK’s insolvency and restructuring trade body, offers the chance to develop key skills in a dynamic professional membership organisation. The role entails supporting key R3 working groups and committees; managing events and meetings; developing bespoke projects and initiatives; and assisting with engagement with stakeholders, senior members of R3 and the insolvency profession.

The role reports to the R3 Policy and Committee Manager and will allow the successful candidate to expand their skills in committee and stakeholder management and engagement, and in developing important initiatives and policy to support R3’s members and promote the work they do.

TECHNICAL MANAGER

Responsible to:   R3 Technical Director

Contract:   Permanent (after a three month probationary period)

Salary:   Terms dependent on experience plus benefits

Summary:

The position entails working alongside the Technical Director, R3 Committees and staff, identifying relevant changes in UK and EU legislation, using your technical insolvency knowledge and experience to produce technical materials and guidance for members and other relevant parties, research and prepare briefing papers to support Policy work, answering member technical queries and undertaking a key role in developing and overseeing the content of the technical area of the R3 website.

This role also offers the opportunity to represent R3 at meetings with external stakeholders, conveying the views of our members and to present at courses and conferences.
