Graham McPhie

Graham McPhie has been a Partner at Moon Beever since 2003. He qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has 25 years’ experience in contentious corporate and personal insolvency litigation as well as commercial litigation including asset realisations, dispute resolutions through court proceedings and mediation and dealing with difficult issues such as asset ownership and trusts. A particular expertise in property related issues and antecedent transaction litigation to recover assets paid away prior to formal insolvency being entered into by an entity.
 
For nine years Graham was a member of the R3 Education, Courses and Conferences Committee and is now a member of the R3 Council, R3 General Technical Committee, a member of the Insolvency Lawyer Association, London Solicitors Litigation Association and the International Bar Association 
 
He is a regular speaker for R3 on both personal and corporate insolvency courses. A contributor to various publications including Recovery Magazine, R3 Technical Bulletin and the New Law Journal.
