The Redundancy Payments helpline is open 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 1pm on Friday. Contact about claims for redundancy, loss of notice pay, holiday pay, arrears of wages, protective award payments and lost pension contributions.

Bankruptcy and director interviews

If you have been invited to attend an interview at one of our offices by Official Receiver staff, please contact the relevant office by telephone or email as a matter of urgency so that alternative arrangements can be made. Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number when you contact us. You still have a duty to cooperate with the Official Receiver and to provide information as required.

The government has provided guidance for businesses and announced a package of measures to provide support to ensure the impact of COVID-19 is minimised.
