Kelly Jordan

Kelly’s experience in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency work has included acting on behalf of all the major UK clearing banks, insolvency practitioners, LPA receivers and corporate entities. This has been done both regionally and nationally on a wide range of insolvency and restructuring issues, including a secondment to The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC’s Global Restructuring Group in 2012.
 
She has gained expertise advising directors and trustees on their duties in a distressed/insolvent business and working with them to identify the most appropriate solution, advising trustees of charitable organisations as well as advising various creditors and landlords in connection with their rights and remedies for the protection of assets and recovery of monies due to them, both pre and post insolvency.
 
Kelly also has extensive experience in acting on numerous pre-pack administrations, including, amongst others, the sale of a national chain of clothing stores comprising in excess of 100 stores nationwide and the sale of a chain of several bars in the region.
